McKillop Takes Canadian Win Light

Emmett McKillop continued a strong 2013 by beating Ed Hauter in the final round for the win in Mission, BC.  With the win, Emmett took third place in the PNSCA Power Punch series standings, just one point back from Ed and only 11 points back from series leader Tom Gresham.  Mike Seekins returned to PNSCA action for the first time this year and made it to the semifinals.  Cory Papp, a newcomer to PNSCA racing, was the number one qualifier and took home the pole award of five gallons of VP Racing fuel.

The 2013 PNSCA Power Punch Series is proving to be yet another great season, with only 11 points separating the top three, and with Dale Hrenko and Rick Dearinger tied for fourth just a few points back.  With six races left, there’s plenty of time for more great races and the championship is open for practically anyone.

The next races are a double header at Bremerton on August 24-25 and we hope to see everyone there!
